Patricia Herbert

Patricia Hebert

Center Director

Patricia Hebert is a certified and state-license-registered nurse. She was hired as the center director for Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center in March 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Widener University and her master's in management from Rosemont College.

Ms. Hebert has worked throughout the region in hospitals and surgery centers for more than 30 years. Most recently, she worked as a nursing manager for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she supervised patient care, personnel and fiscal management. She was also a key member in setting up a pediatric ambulatory surgery center in Chalfont, Pa. She resides in Doylestown, Pa., with her husband and enjoys walking, reading and the beach.




Mangler

Sue Mangler

Chief Operations Officer, Center Administrator

Sue Mangler grew up in Lafayette Hill, Pa. Before joining the practice in 1998, she worked as a technical advisor for Prudential Insurance Company and the office manager and director for several local businesses. She was a vital component in the creation of Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center and has been the center’s administrator since 2009. Ms. Mangler has overseen the implementation of our practice management system, electronic medical Records, voice dictation, electronic appointment confirmation system and the creation of the physician’s daily schedules. Furthermore, she has revamped our billing department, headed several technological upgrades and integrated new applications and interfaces, which have become invaluable to Springfield’s successful and comfortable environment for staff and patients alike. In general, Ms. Mangler has designed a cutting-edge practice that fosters first-rate patient care.

She resides in Lower Providence, Pa., with her husband and enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
