I went here this morning for a colonoscopy. It's been a long time since I was treated in such a kind & professional manner. From the courtesy shuttle driver Al who picked me up, to the staff & doctor, my heart was put at ease. Hey, I may get the procedure again sooner than they recommended! LOL

No one wants to get a colonoscopy, but if you have to, I highly recommend this location. Great communication leading up to the procedure. Quick check in and preparation for the procedure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In particular, I would like to thank Linda for taking care of me before the procedure. Michelle for her compassionate post-care. Donna and Dr. Boyton for the actual colonoscopy. And, finally, Alex the anesthesiologist for knocking me out so I didn’t feel a thing. Great location and great people. It can be stressful to go through this, but Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center makes a colonoscopy as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. Thank you.

My dad had the best treatment here. Both the intake and discharge nurses were super patient, respectful, and kind to him. Dr. Arraya is very nice but straight to the point, also patient and respectful. Not sure we could have found a better team for his procedure.

Had my 1st colonoscopy done here. They found 16 polyps some of them pre-cancerous, but only removed 10. So now I have to go through the whole miserable experience all over again. The Dr. That spoke to me afterwards while I was in recovery wasn't the one who did the procedure and couldn't answer any of my questions. Told me to look it up on Google. Safe to say I won't be going back here.
